Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 9030 platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions are established under the laws of Bangladesh and apply to all services and features offered by 9030. You must be at least 18 years of age to register on the platform. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and any violation of this rule will result in permanent account suspension.
9030 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Providing accurate and truthful information when creating an account on 9030 is mandatory. Registering with false or incorrect information will result in account termination, and any accumulated balance may be forfeited. Each user may only create one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
Password & Login Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect your password has been compromised or that unauthorized access has occurred, contact support immediately. Allowing others to use your account is not permitted.
Identity Verification
9030 may request a National ID or other government-issued document for identity verification at any time. Verification is particularly required during withdrawals or large transactions. Transactions may be delayed if verification is not completed.
User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws while using the platform. Fraudulent activity, use of bots, system manipulation, and any actions that harm other users are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
All transactions on 9030 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are listed in the platform's Cashier section and are subject to change.
Withdrawal Process
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method and amount. Identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering conditions have been met.
Bonus & Promotion Financial Terms
Each bonus offer comes with specific wagering requirements. Accepting a bonus constitutes agreement to those terms. 9030 reserves the right to void bonuses and review related transactions if bonus abuse is suspected.

Platform Usage Rules & Restrictions
The 9030 platform is intended for personal and recreational use only. Using the platform for commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties is prohibited. The following activities are strictly forbidden:
Using another user's account, registering under a false identity, or any attempt to deceive the system.
Using bots, scripts, auto-clickers, or any other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
Attempting to claim bonus benefits multiple times using multiple accounts or false information.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.
Any attempt to breach the platform's security, probe for vulnerabilities, or gain unauthorized access.
Any conduct involving harassment, threats, or behavior that disrupts the experience of other users or the platform environment.

Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability
Reasons for Account Suspension or Closure
9030 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of Any Clause in the Terms & Conditions
- Registration with False Information
- Operating Multiple Accounts
- Evidence of Fraudulent Activity
- Suspected Money Laundering
- Failure to Complete Identity Verification
Limitation of Liability
9030's maximum liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the platform is limited. 9030 is not responsible for issues caused by technical errors, internet disruptions, or third-party factors. That said, we are always committed to delivering the best possible service.
If you wish to close your account, please submit a request to support. Withdraw all available balances before closure. Account recovery after closure may be limited.

Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Applicable Law
Copyright Protection
All content on the 9030 platform — including logos, designs, games, software, text, and other elements — is protected under 9030's intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing, or commercially using any content without official authorization is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Services
The 9030 platform integrates third-party game providers and payment gateways, each subject to their own terms and policies. 9030 is not directly liable for any errors or disruptions caused by third-party services, but will assist in resolving any issues that arise.
Process for Amending Terms

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter will be settled through the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
